Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow business in Gujarat & achieve annual sales numbers along with timely collection of Accounts Receivable
  • Expand Menu utilization and Assay Maximization for additional revenue
  • Increase wallet share for TB testing
  • Negotiate and manage contracts
  • Introduce new testing concepts and products with various stakeholders in the accounts
  • Drive Funnel Management, daily SFDC reporting & ensure right funnel is prepared, and prospects are met at right frequency
  • Work with National Sales Head to develop sales strategies, customer-specific plans and execute plans to achieve agreed targets
  • Work closely with Field Application Specialists (FAS), Field Service Engineers (FSE) and Technical Support Specialists (TSS) to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals and confidently perform assay demonstrations at customer sites
  • Drive revenue within defined territory across all customer segments and build strategic partnerships
