  • Setting and managing annual sales targets, representing about 50% of total event income
  • Leading, coaching, and training the sales team
  • Participating in client meetings and visiting events, with travel required about 30% of the time
  • Ensuring alignment with company objectives and collaborating with other managers
  • Provides expert subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues, and customers
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of functional area and its contribution to organizational objectives, along with awareness of industry’s best practices
  • Exercises complete management authority, including conducting performance reviews, making compensation decisions, overseeing recruitment, managing disciplinary actions, handling terminations, and other personnel matters
  • Analyses information to identify and resolve moderately complex business challenges
  • Influences service delivery quality, team performance, and achievement of volume and timeliness targets
  • Responsible for strategic budget development and resource allocation planning
  • Effectively guides, influences, and persuades stakeholders across internal business units and externally with customers or agencies
