Requirements

Candidates must possess a post-graduate diploma or university degree and have at least 5 years of sales experience with a detailed understanding of the IVD market. Essential qualifications include effective communication, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence others, and demonstrated success in building strong relationships across departments. Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will lead the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics Sales Team in Austria and Switzerland, driving the business unit's strategy to achieve short and long-term volume, sales, profit, and market share goals. Responsibilities include managing the product portfolio, selling and training products across various market segments and customer types, responding to customer needs, preparing sales forecasts, building relationships with payor stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders, and collaborating with internal functions like Marketing and Finance. The role also involves representing the company, ensuring commercial operations compliance, and participating in employee recruiting and interviews.
