Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mid Market Account Executives focused on acquiring new business.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with an aptitude for learning and growth.
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Coach, manage, and develop sellers, emphasizing continuous learning and skill development.
  • Develop scalable processes that drive consistent execution across the team.
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.
  • Act as an elite seller, modeling behavior for Account Executives and participating in team sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a highly competitive Mid Market or Enterprise market.
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, and take ownership of implementation and project management of sales initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of the business, with the ability to share insights, analyze KPI changes, and provide recommendations.
  • Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information and processes in a clear, understandable manner.
  • MEDDICC and Command of the Message sales experience is a bonus.
