The Sales Manager will expand the market by effectively communicating the company's logistics products and services. Maintaining and managing existing customer relationships, updating customer information, and promoting stable and increased shipment volumes are key duties. The manager will collect market information and customer needs, providing feedback to the product team to aid in new product development and service improvement. They will offer targeted logistics solutions based on customer business stages, drive sales progress, and collaborate closely with internal and external teams to manage the entire logistics process, ensuring customer expectations are met and problems are resolved. Achieving personal and team sales targets is also a responsibility.
