Requirements

  • Based in Krasnoyarsk or willing to relocate there with company support (relocation >50 km from permanent residence)
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (up to 2 years after graduation)
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Great leadership and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented
  • Capable of drawing insights from data

Responsibilities

  • Partner externally with key national retail chains and/or online retailers
  • Understand clients’ and shoppers’ needs and contribute to client meetings
  • Collaborate with P&G Sales managers to co-develop business plans and prepare for external negotiations
  • Make commercial recommendations for a variety of worldwide brands
  • Suggest strategic choices to improve P&G's sales
  • Work alongside leaders from departments such as Brand Management, Finance, etc
  • Lead at least one or several ambitious business projects from Day 1
