  • Acting as a trusted advisor to Higher Education and C-suite professionals
  • Providing in-depth product training, support and guidance directly aligned to the curriculum
  • Creating and delivering compelling presentations on Elsevier’s suite of products and how they can create a robust classroom experience
  • Tracking sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycle using Salesforce.com
