Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the health benefits or healthcare fintech industries, and a strong understanding of the TPA ecosystem and healthcare industry dynamics. Expertise in Nomi products, including Analytics, Network – Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracts, PBM full replacement, POP and Utopia, and use of our rails and financing opportunities with Financial Services is required, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will identify and target potential clients within the TPA, broker, and consulting sectors, conduct market research to generate qualified leads, leverage networking opportunities, understand client needs and present tailored solutions, develop custom presentations for each client, support the Global Sales Leader (VP) on their clients, take the lead on their own client portfolio, address client inquiries, maintain accurate records of sales activities, generate regular reports for management review, and provide on-going maintenance for new clients brought on with the Global Sales Team. Additionally, the role involves approximately 50% travel to visit clients, brokers, consultants, and TPAs, and to attend industry events.
