Candidates should possess experience in endpoint or network security, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, and strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant work experience are required, along with fluency in French and English. Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS are preferred, and experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis is a bonus.
The Sales Engineer will articulate basic security problems to a diverse set of audiences, conduct demonstrations and proof of values, present technical concepts to various external audiences including C-level executives, and work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to bridge the gap between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers. They will also be responsible for monitoring and interpreting changes in employment legislation across North America and developing HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
