Sales Engineer - Endpoint Security

Position Overview

CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, protecting organizations with its advanced AI-native platform. We are seeking a talented Sales Engineer to join our team and redefine what's possible in endpoint security. You will be instrumental in demonstrating the capabilities of our next-generation endpoint technology to customers and prospects. This role requires you to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple engagements, and articulate complex security challenges to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams.
• Conduct compelling demonstrations and Proof of Values (POVs).
• Present technical concepts effectively to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Articulate basic security problems to a diverse set of audiences.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Travel as required.

Requirements

• Experienced in the endpoint or network security space (e.g., AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS).
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to articulate complex security problems to diverse audiences.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in French and English.

Bonus Points

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies.
• Experience with large-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS).
