Strategic Sales Engineer

The Sales Engineer should possess a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline or finance-related field, and have at least two years of experience, with preference for experience in financial markets and US clients. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Databricks, Jupyter, and AWS is expected, focusing on answering client questions. Candidates must maintain primary residency in the country of hire (Colombia).
As a Sales Engineer, the candidate will provide operational support during client onboarding, including setup, configuration, and integration of complex data feeds, and develop quantitative documentation, scripts, and use-case examples to facilitate client evaluations and ongoing data usage. They will partner closely with Sales to drive product adoption by delivering demonstrations and analyses of data feeds, address client queries, and maintain strong relationships by aligning data solutions with clients’ investment strategies, and collaborate with Product to improve product features based on client feedback.
