Candidates are required to possess a 4-year Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), Auto OR Workers Compensation Claims experience is preferred, and experience in Independent Medical Exam (IME) sales is a plus.
The Sales Director will initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and building relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors. They will recommend new products and services, increase referral volume and revenue, document sales and account activities, update job knowledge through industry opportunities, and perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs.
