The Account Associate will provide administrative and operational support by accurately entering and updating account, quote, and policy information in the agency management system and carrier rating portals. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and processing bind orders, completing post-bind tasks such as policy issuance and endorsements, and managing mid-term changes, cancellations, and reinstatements. The role also involves tracking outstanding carrier requests, managing task queues to support brokers and underwriters, preparing quote proposals, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, communicating with carriers and retail agents, and responding promptly to information requests.
