Candidates need a minimum of 10+ years of local experience selling to MNOs with quota-carrying sales, preferably in Radio Access Networks; strong technical comprehension of RAN technologies like Macro radios, Massive MIMO, and O-RAN; experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment; and excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
The role involves driving order intake, revenue, and margin for Radio Access products; building C-level relationships with MNOs and government entities; coordinating the full sales cycle; providing strategic technical consultancy; and leading competitive positioning and market intelligence efforts.
A proven record of sales success in the Pacific region with complex account management, deep C-level relationships with regional MNOs, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field are highly preferred.
