Key responsibilities include executing a detailed segmentation strategy to identify and develop mid-market advisors and consultants, maintaining and increasing the close/win ratio, researching clients for RFP responses, and working collaboratively with internal teams to manage pipeline and develop the territory.

In the first 6 months, identify and create specific target lists, profile key advisor prospects, develop relationships to gain market intelligence and RFIs/RFPs, and create a territory business plan with bi-weekly planning, win strategies, and client prep.
