Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Jupiter’s client coverage in Hong Kong, focusing on relationships with global and local Retail Banks and other distribution platforms
  • Represent Jupiter, both domestically and internationally, in a manner that builds brand quality and promotes the company's reputation as an industry leader
  • Build and maintain strong all-level relationships with key clients
  • Be technically well-versed in Jupiter’s range of funds and be a successful ambassador
  • Organise and host Fund Manager meetings with clients
  • Work and communicate well with Investment Directors and Fund Managers
  • Be competent in making presentations and in pitching ideas and strategies to clients
  • Demonstrate strong ability in holding client conversations and seeking out key information and intel
  • Be proactive in strategic business planning and discussions, and identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing team in ensuring costs and budgets are utilised effectively in growing the business
  • Demonstrate “hunger” and persistence
  • Be proactive in finding solutions to problems, and take on an innovative mindset
  • Keep the CRM tool (Salesforce) up to date with client contacts, meetings, calls and pipeline management
  • Ensure optimal coordination of the Hong Kong business across all functions locally and with other offices
  • Comply with local regulations; at all times conduct any activity consistent with the principles of treating customers fairly and the relevant rules, regulations and internal procedures
