  • 10+ years of direct sales experience
  • Experience selling SAP, Oracle, or VMware maintenance services, ERP Outsourced Services preferred
  • Seasoned professional, self-starter, driven by results, able to operate as a brand leader with presence
  • Experience and knowledge of local markets, channel relationships, and track record of developing services business in the region advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, motivate a team of high-caliber sales talent, support development of a full pipeline of sales prospects, introduce strong sales processes, remove barriers, provide recognition, foster a culture of continuous development and best practice sharing
  • Build a network of executive relationships across the industry, community, and businesses; stay current on issues impacting business and sales; provide strategic advice to retain and grow business
  • Work closely with VP of Global Channel Partners and Regional Director of Strategic Partners and Alliance to execute channel strategy and engage with channel partners
  • Master and share the “Why Spinnaker Support story” representing value of service offerings to prospective and current clients
  • Leverage Marketing campaigns and programs to drive customer acquisition
  • Lead and execute targeted programs for net new client acquisition in the region
  • Lead through excellence in C-level communications, presentations, and sales activity
  • Own and manage the opportunity pipeline to support sales quota performance
  • Monitor pipeline and demand generation for sustainable growth; conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, facilitate professional development
  • Utilize disciplined approach for sales pipeline management, establish accurate and timely sales revenue forecasting with real-time updates to senior leadership
  • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new sales talent
