Requirements

Candidates should possess 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in the technology sector, and native or fluent Dutch and English language skills. They should have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a dynamic presence, and the ability to effectively break down complex technical information. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, along with experience working with digital and marketing initiatives to research potential clients and proficiency with CRM applications.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, the candidate will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and efficient inbound lead follow-up, mastering the lead generation process, independently BANT or CHAMP qualifying leads, managing and optimizing their own book of business and pipeline, handling complex lead generation calls, driving large enterprise initiatives, cultivating partnerships, and acting as a proactive resource to help agencies build customized solutions. They will also be expected to make an outstanding first impression with prospective customers across various channels and demonstrate a dynamic and motivated approach to continuous learning.
