Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as is being self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn. The ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions is necessary, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role is a plus. Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is also considered a plus.
The Sales Development Representative will drive company growth through inbound and outbound prospecting and generate cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts via targeted outreach. They will learn from the sales team and help build the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack. Responsibilities include educating and developing leads through various channels such as phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns. The role involves identifying and understanding each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, managing prospect touch-points, and qualifying leads for Account Executives. This includes generating email sequences, making cold calls to map and penetrate accounts, and conducting follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
