Requirements

  • 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology
  • German and English language skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to break down complex technical information into clear, persuasive talking points for various audiences (including executives)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals, particularly in prospecting into large enterprise accounts
  • Strong lead qualification abilities (BANT or CHAMP) and experience moving leads efficiently through the sales pipeline
  • Demonstrated success in managing own book of business and pipeline, ensuring optimal lead and prospect qualification
  • Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives to research potential clients
  • Proficiency with CRM applications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Prior experience as an SDR in the tech space, making outstanding first impressions across channels (phone, email, video, or in-person)
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is highly self-motivated
  • Works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, and has good understanding of sales prospecting tools

Responsibilities

  • Generating new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and efficient inbound lead follow-up
  • Develop a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process, from marketing initiatives and touchpoints to the transition of leads to an Account Executive
  • Independently BANT or CHAMP qualifying leads and expertly moving them through the sales pipeline, converting qualified leads into valuable sales meetings
  • Managing and optimizing own book of business and pipeline to ensure strong lead and prospect qualification, ultimately driving increased revenues
  • Handling complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains and varying customer roles
  • Driving large enterprise initiatives, cultivating lasting partnerships, and building strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners
  • Acting as a proactive resource to help agencies build creative, customized, and complete solutions tailored to their specific missions and initiatives
