Fluent English and German
Proven experience in data quality, data management, or data analysis
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and familiarity with data automation (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Experience in data cleansing and enrichment workflows
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
High attention to detail and ability to perform manual data matching
Business acumen to translate data insights into actionable business outcomes

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, complete, and consistent customer data within the CRM system, resolving duplications and inconsistencies
Analyze customer and sales data to identify trends and insights, creating reports and dashboards in Power BI and Excel
Support sales, marketing, and customer service teams with data-driven strategies
Track CRM usage, KPIs, and sales performance to identify areas of improvement
Oversee enrichment, cleansing, and manual matching processes to ensure high-quality outcomes
Identify inefficiencies in data workflows, propose automation (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps), and enhance processes
Provide insights and respond to ad hoc reporting requests across different teams
Partner with sales, marketing, business intelligence, and operations teams to address data challenges
