Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data (internal & external data) to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
  • Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the collection, consolidation, and management of sales data from multiple sources both internal and external
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, timeliness, and hygiene through proper validation and governance processes
  • Develop and maintain standardized data models, taxonomies, and reporting structures
  • Implement automated solutions to improve data quality and reduce manual intervention
  • Design and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance dashboards and scorecards for internal stakeholders
  • Track key performance indicators (KPI) such as sales volume/value, fundamental, penetration, productivity, and distribution
  • Translate raw sales data into actionable insights that drive commercial strategies and execution
  • Conduct trend analysis, market performance evaluation, opportunity sizing, and scenario modelling
  • Collaborate with commercial, trade, and marketing teams to identify sales growth levers and optimize investment
  • Manage and optimize sales data platforms, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and reporting systems
  • Act as the key liaison with IT, Data Engineering, and external vendors for data solutions
  • Drive automation, system integration, and digitization to enhance reporting efficiency
  • Build a culture of data-driven decision making within the commercial organization
  • Establish and share best practices in data and analytics
