Requirements

  • Prior experience (0-2 years) in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a passion for design and a drive to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite; ERP experience a plus
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn, grow and collaborate
  • Local travel required up to 10%
  • Plumbing and/or tile industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients in the showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Respond promptly to client emails and inquiries
  • Provide accurate quotes and spec packets to support client needs
  • Begin building and managing a personal client list
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Consultants to support ongoing sales efforts
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and product recommendations
  • Learn and apply Waterworks’ sales process and client engagement strategies
  • Develop a deep understanding of Waterworks’ product lines, finishes, and design applications
  • Learn internal systems and tools used for quoting, ordering, and client management
  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure product displays are current and well-presented
  • Support showroom events and client visits as needed
  • Actively participate in training and mentorship opportunities
  • Demonstrate growth in product knowledge, client interaction, and sales readiness
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
