Requirements

  • Five years related work experience
  • Two years of sales analysis experience preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • CFA, CIMA, or Graduate degree preferred
  • Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC) required, determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties

Responsibilities

  • Strategizes directly with sales professionals and/or sales managers to inform and promote the sales strategy and growth objectives
  • Anticipates and identifies client needs
  • Analyzes prospect opportunities using complex quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Researches prospects and conducts market research and analysis of competitors
  • Demonstrates and develops an expert understanding of capital markets, asset management, and the financial services industry
  • Interprets, analyzes, organizes, and presents sales data to senior leaders to enable informed decision making and optimize sales activities and growth objectives
  • Incorporates deep competitive intelligence of the industry and product lines to provide the most sophisticated and informed recommendations
  • May partner with crew focused on RFP/RFI engagements to provide accurate and understandable sales data
  • Provides guidance and analysis of the markets, territories, client needs and utilization, and prospect opportunities to develop and advance the strategic sales business plan
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
