Responsibilities

  • Support diverse projects and cross-team initiatives to support partnerships and sales team's strategic objectives and operational efficiency
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement by conducting interviews with existing and prospective customers to gather feedback on features, company creation flows, and integrations
  • Contribute to team reporting and performance tracking through weekly reports and data analysis to support decision-making
  • Attend and support community-building events each week to drive lead conversion and network building
  • Prepare and coordinate team workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional meetings with marketing and local growth teams
