Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English (full professional proficiency). Additional languages are a plus
  • Previous experience in a commercial position is preferred, particularly in the e-commerce sector
  • Familiarity with Office, especially Excel, for data manipulation
  • Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Well-organized, friendly, and professional communication skills. Strong team player and a proactive “get stuff done” attitude
  • Must have an internship agreement provided by your current French school

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of sellers (refurbishers) and be responsible for their sales and quality performance on the platform
  • Provide key insights from raw data and current situations (analyze databases, major KPI trends, or qualitative data)
  • Lead cross-functional projects to adapt solutions for our vendors
  • Participate in Back Market’s business growth, contributing to transversal projects with the team (special projects like Black Friday, Diversification focus, etc.)
