Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing onboarding communications and workflows for new customers in the Self-Service portal
- Create pricing records and maintain price changes for service unit pricing; validate pricing against contracts, quotes, and price books
- Support automation of account creation, registration updates, and data validation activities within Salesforce and other internal systems
- Collect and analyze customer adoption and usage metrics; prepare reports to track engagement and identify improvement opportunities
- Help process SaaS service unit orders and maintain accurate records
- Assist in troubleshooting customer onboarding or portal registration issues
- Contribute to updates of software pricing, account records, and process documentation
- Draft and update training guides, process flows, and FAQs
