Requirements

Responsibilities

Support the S2P process in cross-departmental collaboration with all company departments (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Medicine, etc.)
Lead and implement projects to automate S2P tasks using tools like Power Automate and Ariba
Support tenders and help find the right suppliers for important business areas
Create communication materials (storytelling) and presentations for management and present them in various committees
Assist in optimizing the supplier base
Work independently on your own projects
Create reports on expenditures in a SAP-based system
Support the creation and management of contracts
Help with administrative tasks
