Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Information Systems
Minimum of 6 years of experience in technical roles, such as software development, systems analysis, or IT support, with exposure to architectural concepts
Foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture principles
Familiarity with various technology domains (e.g., application development, cloud, data management)
Strong analytical and research skills with a high level of attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving
Experience working in a consulting or project-based environment (preferred)
Experience working across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, Financial Services, or Technology (preferred)
Exposure to global projects and multi-geography implementations (preferred)
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to platform implementations (preferred)

Responsibilities

Support the analysis of clients’ current-state technology landscapes, including applications, data flows, and infrastructure components
Assist in the development of architectural diagrams, models, and documentation that capture business and technical requirements
Help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the existing technology environment
Support the design of future-state enterprise architectures, addressing critical gaps and opportunities in the current IT environment
Support in defining and implementing enterprise architecture governance frameworks, standards, and principles to ensure consistency and alignment across various programs and projects
Support in driving the evolution of the EA team's services and operating model to deliver greater value to clients in an agile and collaborative manner
Collaborate with senior EA team members to contribute to the design of future-state architecture and technology roadmaps
Gather and analyze data related to technology assets, performance, and costs to support architectural decision-making
Participate in client meetings and workshops, helping to capture requirements and communicate project progress
Support and mentor junior EA analysts, helping them develop their skills and expertise
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm's EA methodologies, tools, and best practices
Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to build and scale the team's capabilities in line with business growth
