Minimum 6-10 years of experience
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE
Must have skills: SAP EAM Implementation
Good to have: SAP PM/SAP EAM/IFS/Asset Performance Management/Asset Integrity/Utilities
Experience in oil and gas, utilities, manufacturing, or other related asset-intensive industries (desired)
Experience with SAP APM, FSM, SSAM, GEF and other associated SAP modules (desired)
SAP S/4HANA EAM certification (plus)
Certified Project Manager (PMP), Activate Project Management (plus)
Experience with change management (desired)
SAP IAM experience (added advantage)

Responsibilities

Act as a wizard in EAM (Maximo/Infor/SAP MM/WM/EWM) software, running complex systems
Work with clients to solve complex problems and help companies perform better
Apply analytical skills and communicate clearly with customers, developers, testers, and team members
Work on global EAM implementations at scale
Design and drive enterprise projects
Draw on knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC) for application development, support, and maintenance
Work in teams to support program development or future enhancements
Ensure solutions meet client needs
Perform hands-on system configurations to meet requirements
Develop, test, and deploy code into appropriate environments
Prepare functional specification documents per requirements
Analyze and design changes, debug, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user applications
Support practice development through market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management
Support business development initiatives, including client proposals and building client relationships
For SAP EHS: Understand client business problems and processes, create functional solutions
Provide functional consulting in HSE/PSM areas with hands-on experience in incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, product safety, workplace safety, risk management, governances, HSE management systems
Handle functional and technical specifications and implementation of EHS/PSM applications (Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS, DNVGL Synergi)
Lead diagnostics studies, design end-to-end solutions, prepare project & resource plans, cost estimates
Identify and troubleshoot problems, influence stakeholders consultatively
Provide expertise on HSE process developments, vendor assessment, technology implementations
Understand large-scale project approaches for value addition in HSE/PSM
Create and manage business process workflows, detailed designs, documentation for implementations
Manage and develop client relationships, coordinate with stakeholders for alignment
Develop Points of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital on HSE/Process safety, digital HSE trends
Adopt a team-oriented, collaborative approach with excellent presentation skills
