Digital strategy and enablement across enterprise project functions (e.g., Automation, Blockchain) and understanding of platforms like Primavera, MS Projects, Ecosys, Intergraph
Professional & Technical Skills: Expertise in implementing digital tools and strategies, data analytics, IoT, Project Command Centre & Control Methodologies, Strategic & Operational Planning, Advanced Work Packages, Digital Twin & Thread, Project Lifecycle, integrating functional schedules, developing project specific deliverables (Operating Philosophy, Risk Register, Communication Matrix, PEP, Processes & Procedures), risk management, contracts and claims management, project scope management

Responsibilities

Bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to clients in the capital projects industry to deliver business value
Harness extensive knowledge combined with an integrated suite of methods, people and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions
Lead design workshops, virtual walkthroughs and develop proof of concepts as required by client teams
Project Planning, monitoring and control through coordination/liaisoning with various internal and external stakeholders
Handle team of more than 6+ resources
MIS and Reporting: Generate meaningful reports and apply analytical tools to carve out insights (e.g., Project Performance Analysis, Milestone Analysis, Critical Path Assessment, Variance Analysis, Look Ahead Plan) through reports, periodic reviews and meetings
Integrate functional schedules towards developing the integrated project plan considering all interdependencies and solving for inconsistencies across functional schedules in designated PM application (Primavera, MS Project)
Develop unique project specific deliverables such as Operating Philosophy, Risk Register, Communication Matrix, PEP, specific Process & Procedures
Develop risk management plan and provide actionable items to higher management to ensure risk mitigation
Understand contracts and claims management with experience in related tools and technologies for contract management
Understand, define and manage project scope including scope creep, scope change management and approvals
