Relevant experience in the required domain (HSE/PSM areas)
Hands-on experience in key HSE processes: Incident management, Process hazard Analysis, HAZOPs/HAZIDs, Product safety, workplace safety processes, risk management, governances, and HSE management systems
Experience with functional and technical specification and implementation of EHS/PSM applications (e.g., Sphera, Enablon, SAP EHS, DNVGL Synergi)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
Team oriented and collaborative approach
Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and diverse consulting environment
Open to travel in and outside the country
Bilingual

Responsibilities

Develop and execute technology transformation strategies, oversee implementation projects, and optimize digital capabilities for business efficiency
Understand the business problems and processes of the clients, and create functional solutions
Provide functional consulting in HSE/PSM areas
Lead diagnostics studies for clients and design end-to-end solutions in line with client requirements
Prepare project & resource plans and cost estimates in agreement with the client and other stakeholders
Identify problems and troubleshoot with influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and team members
Provide expertise on all functional requirements related to HSE process developments, vendor assessment, and technology implementations
Understand large-scale thinking and approach for project success, including value addition towards HSE/PSM
Create and manage business process workflows, detailed design, and required documentation for successful implementation of applications
Manage and develop excellent client relationships; coordinate and liaison with various client stakeholders for alignment during the project lifecycle
Develop Point of Views (POVs) and Thought Capital around recent and upcoming trends and technologies in HSE/Process safety and digital HSE space
