Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams is essential, along with experience utilizing sales methodologies such as MEDDIC. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required, and experience with strategic account management is highly desirable.
As an RVP, Enterprise Sales (Central), you will be responsible for owning and executing Freshworks’ enterprise sales strategy in the Central U.S., driving new business acquisition and expansion within accounts of 1,000+ employees. You will coach and lead a team of Account Executives, teaching and applying the MEDDIC sales methodology to improve forecast accuracy and drive revenue performance. This role involves engaging directly in key strategic deals, partnering with internal teams, and maintaining rigor around pipeline reviews and sales performance management, while also focusing on team development and fostering a collaborative culture.
