Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with robotic process automation and associated tools, specifically Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism
  • Experience developing with APIs
  • Knowledge of leading Automation Framework/Tools in the current market
  • Ability to work and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences across the organization
  • Strong desire for exploring, evaluating, and understanding new technologies
  • Ability to conceptualize automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture
  • Good understanding of process design documents and technical design documents within the automation space
  • Ability to lead large business process automation efforts leveraging state-of-the-art automation solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and take initiative without always being directed

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with application and process owners to resolve business and technical requirements
  • Developing process documentation, flowcharts, layouts, and diagrams
  • Designing, developing, and testing automated solutions
  • Designing solutions applying RPA standard methodologies and maintaining technical responsibility for project delivery
  • Completing development in accordance with project timelines
  • Facilitating the user acceptance testing process
  • Resolving issues that arise in day-to-day running of the RPA processes and providing timely responses/solutions
