Responsibilities

  • Participate in a thorough induction program
  • Complete three 6-month rotations (18 months total) across ION's core capabilities, such as Product Strategy, Product Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, Product Implementation Services, Consulting and Delivery Services, Sales and Account Management, Corporate Development, or Project Management
  • Take ownership of challenging projects that impact the company and customers
  • Work in teams with fellow analysts and experienced subject matter experts at the forefront of the FinTech industry
  • Gain exposure and develop extensive skills related to ION's different areas
  • Pursue interests and skills outside of rotations to further personal and organizational growth
  • Transition to a deeper dive in one ION area after the initial rotations
  • Fill business needs in the home office (London) during the first rotation, with potential for other locations in subsequent rotations
