Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and publish clinician rotas, ensuring appropriate cover across all services
Manage all leave requests, shift swaps, sickness cover to ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained
Monitor and proactively address clinician scheduling gaps
Coordinate daily clinical operations, ensuring appointments run smoothly and any patient or clinician issues are resolved promptly
Serve as the first point of contact for clinicians regarding scheduling, systems, or operational queries
Liaise with patient services, pharmacy teams, and clinicians to ensure end-to-end care is efficient and well-communicated
Track and report on key operational metrics (e.g., clinician utilisation, appointment volumes)
Assist with onboarding new clinicians (e.g., system access, rota induction)
Identify and escalate operational risks or capacity issues
