Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3+ years of experience in operations or logistics, with superior organization and problem-solving skills. The ability to remain calm under pressure and work independently is essential, along with availability to work scheduled shifts 7 days a week. Candidates must be capable of spending multiple hours on their feet, comfortable riding a bicycle in a city environment, and driving a U-Haul sized vehicle. A valid US driver’s license is required, along with the ability to lift 70 lbs and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

The Robotics Field Operations Associate will execute commercial end-to-end deliveries with Serve robots and support robots in the field as the primary point of contact for any issues. They will aid in the deployment of robots and maintain their appearance and cleanliness while ensuring a safe workplace. The associate will contribute to the development of processes for safe robot operations, assist in quality assurance efforts, and provide feedback on products to the development team. They will also act as a liaison for Serve merchants and customers, help prioritize resources for test plans, and provide additional operational support as needed.
