Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Quality Assurance experience
  • Ability to optimally work with all functions to co-ordinate the generation of PMS and Risk management files
  • Must be a self-starter who can take general concepts and direction and produce desirable results and be able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, SAP and standard computer applications

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate activities to support the compilation of Post Market Surveillance reports and Risk management files under the guidance of the Risk Management and PMS Manager
  • Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projects to streamline the file collation process and with other specific results
  • Collate and input data to measures and indicators to support high performance and continuous process improvement culture
  • Input into relevant processes and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as required
  • Similar Devices Database – Identify similar devices and keep the database up to date
  • Providing proactive PMS data - including generating, capturing, collating and managing of Key competitor information, customer feedback and sales volumes
  • Data analysis and interpretation of trends and changes from a marketing perspective
  • Performs other work-related duties as assigned
