About The Team And The Role

As a Policy Implementation and Process Specialist your responsibilities will be to support the business through a wide range of daily operational processes. You’ll be part of a team that works to implement, build, and improve the processes that get risky users referred and actioned as quickly and accurately as possible, with a goal to minimize fraud visibility, fraud conversion, fraud loss, and claims.

We partner with Policy functional owners to understand their policy and what results they wish to achieve. We then partner closely with GCX, CS Tech, and other teams to operationalize these policies and put them into execution. We also act as a bridge between Policy and our GCX partners, helping to ensure GCX is prepared for any new policy changes or additions, and we are the point of contact for problem-solving automation or referral volume issues!
