Investigative and critical thinking skills are necessary, and a BA/BS from an accredited university is required.
The Risk Operations Specialist will develop and execute Ramp’s risk underwriting policy for onboarding new businesses. They will build and maintain monitoring dashboards for underwriting outcomes and processes. The specialist will partner with product and engineering teams to create risk tooling that enhances operational efficiency. They will research emerging underwriting and fraud trends to innovate Ramp's decisioning systems and policies, while also managing customer support requests regarding credit and fraud risk.
