Responsibilities

  • Fraud Analysis & Research: Employ advanced tools and techniques to detect and assess fraudulent behavior
  • Client Risk Services: Provide advanced risk services, including support for RFIs, limits adjustments, and merchant underwriting
  • Proactively support and resolve client and platform risk events
  • Continuously monitor and analyze client, user, and transaction data to detect and investigate suspicious activity
  • Engage with clients to explain fraud findings and risk exposures
  • Guide clients in defining and maintaining appropriate risk appetite strategies
  • Offer customized guidance on fraud prevention, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Generate, analyze, and deliver BI reports to highlight fraud trends
  • Develop custom reporting solutions for internal and client requirements
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of policies, procedures, and standard operating processes
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency in risk management operations and fraud prevention tools
