Requirements

Knowledge of risk management in Supply Chain (SCM), Specialized Management Accounting Services (SMAS), and Trading Partner Finance (TPF)
Ability to review control testing work, analyze root causes of control deficiencies, monitor remediation, and report on testing results
Capability to partner with Global Process Owners on process/control improvements, rationalization, and efficiency programs
Skills in assessing processes and controls, providing proactive risk assessments, and driving risk mitigation initiatives
Experience in building proactive risk assessment culture and business partnering to strengthen control frameworks
Stakeholder management with Finance Directors (FDs), Finance Controllers (FCs), Site Finance Business Partners (FBPs), Supply Chain Compliance Leads, and Finance Business Partners

Responsibilities

Perform operational process risk assessments related to control deficiencies, root cause analysis, investigations, after action reviews, and process detailed reviews
Partner with Supply Chain Compliance Lead, Finance Business Partner, SMAS, and Trading Partner Finance Partner to ensure timely controls performance via a robust rolling controls testing plan
Review controls testing activities performed by third parties and report control operating deficiencies to management
Provide risk management support to Supply Chain Sites, SMAS, and Trading Partner Finance to develop sustainable remediation plans for control deficiencies and process gaps
Engage regularly with Supply Chain, SMAS, and Trading Partner Finance for business partnering, including business updates, sharing ICFW/policy changes, and risk updates
Provide risk management support to projects and continuous improvement initiatives led by global process tower in Finance Services (FS) and/or regional hub leadership
