Requirements

Candidates should have a strong background in operational risk, audit, or related functions within financial services, payments, or FinTech. Hands-on experience with at least four of the following Operational Risk Management programs is required: RCSAs, KRIs, Issues & Action Plans, Operational Risk Events, Third Party Risk Management, Scenario Analysis, Enterprise Business Continuity and Crisis Management, and Change Risk Management.

Responsibilities

The Risk Analyst will support the day-to-day execution of the Operational Risk Management Framework, assist in ensuring policies and procedures are accessible, and coordinate scheduling, data collection, and documentation for RCSAs. Responsibilities include supporting facilitators during workshops, collecting and validating data for KRIs, tracking open issues and remediation actions, producing draft risk dashboards and trend analysis, and assisting with documenting operational risk considerations for change initiatives. The role also involves researching emerging risks and promoting consistent application of operational risk practices.
