Requirements

Candidates should possess a strong background in risk management, audit, or compliance, preferably within the financial services or payments industry. Experience with Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks (ERMF) and risk registers is essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate risk data and track key risk indicators (KRIs). The role requires strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in preparing dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders. Familiarity with risk appetite frameworks and emerging risk identification is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Risk Analyst will support the Enterprise Risk Management team by applying and maintaining the ERMF, conducting enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment exercises, and maintaining the enterprise risk register and control library. Responsibilities include ensuring risk data accuracy, designing and reporting on KRIs, monitoring performance against thresholds, and preparing risk dashboards and reports for governance forums. The analyst will also assist with ERM policies, risk appetite framework refreshes, monitoring risk issues and action plans, scanning for emerging risks, and promoting risk awareness through training and support. Building strong relationships with control owners and business units to enhance risk ownership is also a key duty.
