Requirements

  • 4-6 years of revenue operations experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Proven track record managing Hubspot and other revenue technology implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Expert-level proficiency in revenue forecasting and financial modeling
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change between Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Marketing teams
  • Strong background in market analysis and go-to-market strategy
  • Strategic mindset with focus on AI and automation to drive efficiency
  • Nice to have: Fintech experience (not required)
  • Team members residing within the New York City metropolitan area must maintain a minimum on-site presence of three days per week

Responsibilities

  • Lead CRM (HubSpot) optimization and administration to maximize revenue operations efficiency
  • Develop and implement revenue operations strategy, with focus on pipeline optimization and deal desk management
  • Create and maintain revenue forecasting models and executive dashboards in HubSpot
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize the revenue funnel from lead generation through customer success
  • Design and implement lead attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards across revenue-generating departments
  • Collaborate with Finance team on revenue planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Manage stakeholders effectively with the ability to push back constructively and build buy-in for strategic initiatives
  • Develop deep understanding of addressable market opportunities across payroll, wealth, small business, etc verticals to inform revenue strategy and prioritization
