Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 5 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, preferably with $xxM+ ARR. Expertise in Google Sheets/Excel, hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in SFDC, and conducting complex data analysis are essential. A strong understanding of data structures and models, a proven track record of translating business needs into analytics solutions, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required. Experience with enterprise sales motions is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Manager will design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards for stakeholders, proactively identify opportunities for reporting and analytical clarity, and conduct deep dive analyses to identify business challenges and opportunities. They will also build complex capacity and funnel models for planning and scenario evaluation, and support data requests for deal deep dives or compensation tracking.
