  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company. You’re excited to be a Sales Ops leader
  • Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
  • Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling and solid SQL skills
  • Thrive in high-intensity, high-autonomy environments
  • Comfortable with SQL

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows
  • Own sales compensation modeling, quota/attainment tracking, and performance reporting
  • Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity
  • Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
  • Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale
  • Ensure data quality across CRM and GTM systems, including reporting and dashboards
