Responsibilities

Root Cause Analytics: Perform quantitative and financial analysis to identify opportunities for improvement across the revenue cycle
Audits: Conduct audits to assess revenue cycle processes and identify potential issues
Charge Master & Fee Schedule Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations and third-party payor needs regarding the charge master and fee schedules
CPT Change Analysis: Review, identify, and analyze necessary CPT changes related to quarterly and annual AMA CPT updates and regulatory changes
Data Trending: Support the presentation of data to various levels of the organization
System Support: Utilize Epic EMR to support revenue cycle workflows
Support Virtua Entities: Provide support to Virtua Hospitals, Physician Groups, and Home Health
