Responsibilities

Support promotional activities to maximize the value of assigned works and achieve targets
Build promotional plans for assigned works with understanding of market trends and customers
Make decisions in meetings, projects, and daily promotional activities
Conduct effective and efficient media buying
Negotiate with internal and external partners (advertising agencies, local offices, media, etc.)
Provide clear instructions, persuade, draw out ideas, and lead promotional executions across internal and external functions
Negotiate/secure approvals with headquarters to implement optimal ideas in Japan
Create internal documents and reports (in Japanese and English)
