Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of professional experience
Experience with reporting/data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Celonis
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with working alongside stakeholders

SAP proficiency
Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, RCA, and/or other process improvement methodologies
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies

Responsibilities
Analyze return/refusal data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency of product returns, refurbishment, and disposal
Manage disposition requests and utilize automation tools to streamline workflows
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to reverse logistics activities, with accountability for maintaining open order aging
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training guides to align with best practice, support training and onboarding of new associates
Support sustainability initiatives by overseeing donation, scrap, and disposal processes
Communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, enhance processes, and enhance customer experience
