District Manager - San Antonio (Vision Care)

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in retail sales or account management, with a strong understanding of the Home Depot, Lowe's, and ACE retail environments. Proficiency in utilizing sales tools such as SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad is required, along with the ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategic sales plans.
As a Retail Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a territory of retail accounts, including Home Depot, Lowe's, and ACE, and driving top-line sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS goals. This includes analyzing sales data, developing individualized store and territory sales plans, executing national event activations, and implementing overdrive strategies. You will also engage with Store and District Key Decision Makers, partner with retail service partners, leverage sales enablement tools, manage inventory, and establish relationships with professional end-users (Pro) through product and service solutions, including job site visits and product training.
